Bio-CMP™

Bio-CMP™ is a special electrolyte blend that combines the minerals calcium, magnesium and potassium. A meaningful elemental amount of each mineral is provided and allows just the right amount to be used to meet each unique clinical situation.

Ingredients

Calcium (as calcium gluconate), Magnesium (as magnesium gluconate), and Potassium (potassium chloride). 

Each Bio-CMP™ tablet contains: 200 mg of Calcium Gluconate, 100 mg of Magnesium Gluconate and 100 mg of Potassium Chloride. 

Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), modified cellulose gum and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Dosage and Warnings

One (1) tablet one (1) to three (3) times each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
